He received judges' comments such as "correct basics," "lovely moving pony…fantastic potential!" and "Wonderful Canter!"

Rocko quickly became the show-stopping center of attention in the barn aisles, warm-up ring, and show arena as people took note of this tiny package of personality, presence, bright buckskin color, and flashy movement.

In only his second dressage show Rocko had an impressive win at the Pebble Beach Dressage Show, July 5-8 2007. Rocko won the CDS (California Dressage Society) high point pony award with a score of 64.8%, scoring well in a large and talented field of competitors of all breeds.

After unprecedented success in the open jumper arena, Rocko began making the challenging switch to the dressage arena during the 2006 show season. His temperament and movement were well suited for dressage, and he was quickly able to develop the strength and balance that are so essential to this discipline. Rocko returned to the show ring in 2007 with an exciting and successful beginning to his dressage career. Rocko continued his dressage training and competed throughout the 2007 show season with tremendous results. Rocko showed at training level at five 3-star (USEF, USDF, and CDS recognized) shows.
